Biography

Georgia Dodd was enumerated at Cleveland Post Office, White County, Georgia for the July 7, United States Census, 1870. She was noted as born 1864-1865 in Georgia as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are male William Dodd, female Elizabeth Dodd, female Eveline Dodd, male Robert Dodd and female Lucy Dodd.[1]

Georgia Dodd was enumerated as daughter at La Crosse, Izard County, Arkansas for the June 11, United States Census, 1880. She was noted as at school, born 1866 in Georgia and single as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are self Wm J E Dodd, wife Elizabeth Dodd, daughter Nance E Dodd, son Robert Lee Dodd and daughter Lucy F Dodd.[2]

Geogia Taylor was enumerated as wife of the head of household in La Crosse & Sage Townships, Izard County, Arkansas for the June 20, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born June 1865 in Georgia and had been married for fifteen years. She was the mother of eight children of which all were still living. Also included in the household are head James T Taylor, daughter Georgia T Taylor, son Wallace Taylor, daughter Lillie Taylor, daughter Ena Taylor, son Leonard Taylor, daughter Edith Taylor, daughter Ruth Taylor and mother Beulah Taylor as seen in an image of the original census.[3]

Georgia V Taylor was enumerated as wife of the head of household at Lacrosse Road, Sage, Izard County, Arkansas for the April 29, United States Census, 1910. She was noted as born 1866 in Georgia and had been married for twenty-five years. She was the mother of eight children of which all were still living as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head James P Taylor, son William W Taylor, daughter Eva Taylor, son John L Taylor, daughter Edith M Taylor, daughter Lola M Taylor, daughter Grace G Taylor, son Robert L Taylor and daughter Thelma E Taylor.[4]

Georgia V Taylor was enumerated as wife of the head of household at Lacrosse, Izard County, Arkansas for the January 12, United States Census, 1920. She was noted as born 1866 in Georgia and married as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head James P Taylor, daughter Edith Taylor, daughter Grace Taylor, son Robert Taylor and daughter Velma Taylor.[5]

She was noted as born 1866 in Georgia and widowed as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Edgar Carey, wife Thelma Carey, son Robert Roy Carey and daughter Shirley Louise Carey.[6]

As listed in the Find A Grave Index,[7] Georgia V Dodd Taylor is buried at Bethlehem Cemetery in Sage, Izard County, Arkansas.[8]
