Lowel Dodd was enumerated as head of the household in Oak College Park, Clayton County, Georgia for the June 27, United States Census, 1900. He was noted as a farmer and born July 1867 in Georgia. He had been married twelve years and was an owner as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are wife Mattie Dodd and brother-in-law Thompson Dodd.[3]
