My name is Elyse Doerflinger and I am a 23 year old genealogist.

Aside from genealogy, I am a senior at California State University Dominguez Hills studying Elementary Education so that I can be an elementary school teacher. I love combining my love of genealogy into my passion for teaching. I believe that kids should understand their history and where they came from.

I also write a blog, Elyse's Genealogy Blog and I am the WikiTree Evangelist.
