Robert L Donahoe (age 26) married Birdie Cornwell (age 26) on 9 September 1936 at Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. The marriage was performed by Orville Holley.[2]
In 1940 Robert L. Donahoe resided at Spencer, Roane County, West Virginia where he was working as a laborer in oil and gas production. Included in his household was his wife Bridie and daughter Judith, age 3/12. [3]
He died October 1981 and was buried in the Bowen Cemetery, Wayne County, West Virginia.[4]
