Biography

Alexander was born in 1858, the son of Alexander Donaldson and Margaret Neish.

In 1861 Alexander was living at 8 Johnston Street, Airdrie with his parents and siblings. [1]

In 1871 Alexander was living at Quality Row, Carnwath with his parents and siblings. He was a coal miner. [2]

In 1881 Alexander was living in Carnwath with his brother Samuel and Samuel's family. He was a coal miner. [3]
