Petronella or Parnell, who married 1st Sir Thomas Ramsey, and 2nd Burlacy; she had a son from her 2nd marriage named John Burlacy, born about 1528. Sir John also had a daughter Alice.

Note

The mention of John Baldwin and Richard Baldwin in the will Of William Dormer (1506) is discussed by Charles Baldwin[5] The author provides some clarification to the relationship between Sir John Baldwin and Agnes Dormer gathered from other researchers and where the confusion lies (an erroneous transcript of the Dormer will, in the Collin Peerage, more than a century ago). Also, there is evidence stated by Charles Baldwin that Richard and John Baldwin mentioned in the will of William Dormer are possibly children of Sir John, having died young.

PM: According to the Visitation of Buckinghamshire 1566, William Dormer of Wyckombe, co. Buck., Esq., eldest son and heir to Geffrey, married Agnes, daughter of Sir Richard Woodvyle, Erle Ryveres, and had children including the daughter (Agnes) married to Sir John Baldwin, Kt., Lord Cheife Justice. If this is the case, his wife should be Agnes Woodville NOT Jane Launcelyn.(https://archive.org/details/visitationofbuck00harvrich/page/10/mode/2up?view=theater)

I think the confusions comes with Geffrey [sic] Dormer being married twice. His first wife was Margery (Unknown) and they had two sons (William, who married Agnes Woodville, and Thomas). After Margery (Unknown) died, Geffrey married 2) Alys Launcelyn. Their children included Geffrey, Mychaell, Peter, another Mychaell, Parnell and Maude. Please check your work, or please add me as PM and I will make revisions. Thank you! I will also post this on the England Discord site and get assistance from the team members.

PM: I am the PM for Sir John Baldwin and am fully redoing his biography. I am making extensive research notes. I will be removing your comments about Richard and John Baldwin. They were sons of Sir John who died young. There are other Baldwins living at Bucks at this time and were likely related, but the relationship is uncertain at this time. Charles Candee Baldwin has, in some respects, obfuscated information about all of these Baldwins. The first thing that needs to be done is to give William Dormer and his brother Thomas their proper mother, Agnes Woodville. Thank you!
