The probated will from" England & Wales, Prerogative Courts of Canterbury, 1384-1848" [1] dated February 10, 1600 is interesting.
On page 127, there is a bequeath to "my son" Thomas Doughtie. Would this support that this document is the will of Robert Doughtie-2 and not
the will of Robert Doughty-55?
A son, John, was born 1 Jan. 1900. This has to be a typo. Also children William, Richard, Thomas, Katherine and Mary all lived to be 100 years old ? At this time in history would be hard for any one to live that long but 5 in one family. Dates need to be checked.
