Eupheme Douglas was born in Scotland.

Lady Eupheme Douglas is the daughter of William Douglas, 6th Earl of Morton and Lady Agnes Leslie.[1]

She married Sir Thomas Lyon, Master of Glamis, son of John Lyon, 7th Lord Glamis and Janet Keith, in 1586.
