Alexander married Elizabeth Webb on 20 November 1777 in Chowan, North Carolina, USA.[4]
On 16 Aug 1804, he received a passport from West Point to pass through part of the Cherokee Nation on his way to Jefferson County State of Georgia. The Deposition was made in Washington County, Tennessee. [6]
