Margaret Douglas was born in 1742 in Inchmarlo, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, daughter of John Douglas (1708–1791) and Mary Arbuthnot (1706–1783).
Margaret (24) married William Young (30) (born on September 25, 1736 in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire; son of James Young and Rachel Cruickshank) on September 17, 1767.
Margaret died on August 27, 1772 in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, aged 29.[1] [2]
