Sjoert (1680 – April 24 1728), married Theuntie Lourens June 30 1703, both from Leeuwarden. Children: Anske (Sept 20 1704), Anna (Oct 3 1707), Anske (March 1711), Aefke (April 1 1713), Maria (March 25 1716). They were Old Roman Catholic.

Berber (married Rintje Lamerts Nov 16 1710).

Anske was a “scuitevoerder” (a bargeman; literally a barge feeder or taker). Het Vliet is a suburb of Leeuwarden and is listed in Tresoar under Leeuwarden.

There’s no way to prove these are Antje’s parents, but they’re the best guess.

The other possibility listed on Tresoar is Anske Sybrandts (Siebrens) Dicklandt from Leeuwarden and Maria Ritzert from Rotterdam, married in 1677. It’s hard to know who Anske’s parents may have been: there are at least 3 families listed as possibilities married in het Vliet in Tresoar. Douwe Foppes & Geiske Jans (1637), Douwe Heeres & Geerie Jacobs (1639), Douwe Wytzes & Folke Sippes (1623). None matches possible grandchildren's names. None of them had children baptized, so they may all have been Mennonite.^[1]
