Biography

Mary was born 26 April 1644, in Newbury, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Thomas Dow and Phebe Finn.^[1]

Mary married Gilbert Wilford (abt.1642-bef.1676) about 1666 in Haverhill. The couple had the following children, born in Bradford, Massachusetts:^[2]

2. Martha, b. 18 Jan 1669
3. Ruth, b. 15 May 1672
4. Nathaniell, 20 May 1675

Gilbert died about 1676, and the widow Mary married Matthew Clark (abt.1652-bef.1715) in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on 2 April 1679.^[3] Their children, born in Haverhill:
