William Dower was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)

William was born in 1878, the son of William Dower and Elizabeth Webb. [1]

In 1906, William George Dower married Caroline Grace Hurrell. [2]

He passed away in 1953,aged 75.[3]
