Biography

Andrew was born in Piscataway, NJ in 1731 to Capt Andrew and Hannah (Fitz Randolph) Drake. He was given the name of an older brother Andrew who had died in infancy two years earlier; the practice of using necronyms was common at this time. He married Rebecca Dunham in 1767 and they had x children together. He passed away in Piscataway in 1800.
