DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with John by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with John:
If you look at the changes history and the photo of the will on the Find a Grave memorial, it seems likely there was a mistaken merge done last year. I'm sure there were many John Drakes from Virginia-- but one of these merged was born in 1702, and the other in 1720. (Unfortunately, no sources for either date.) I don't see mention of a son John or John Aaron in the 7 children named in the will. To unconflate them you may have to start a new profile for the one merged into Kevin's.
