Biography
Willis Alvin was born in 1900. He was the son of Frank Drake and Edith Minnie Talbot.[1] He married Eileen Neal in 1922 [2]. He passed away in 1961 age 60 [3] and was buried in Omaka Cemetery, Blenheim, New Zealand.[4]
