Marriage
The marriage of Isaac DuBois and Marie Hasbrouck was recorded in an early entry in the parish register of the Reformed Dutch Church in New Paltz, Ulster County, New York. No date was given, but the marriage likely took place prior to the next entry in the register, which was dated 14 October 1683. Translated from the French, the entry reads:
Isaac Dubois, son of Louys du Bois and of Caterien Blancon, was married by the minister after having been announced three Sundays previously, to Marie Hasbrouck, daughter of Jan Hasbrouck and Anne doieie [i.e., Deyo]. [5]
Isaac and Marie's marriage was also recorded in the church register of the Old Dutch Church in Kingston, Ulster County under the date June 1683.
Isaac du Boys, j. m. [unmarried man], born in Manheyn, in the Paltz [Palatinate], and resid. in N. Palts [New Paltz], and Maria Haasbrouck, j. d. [unmarried woman], born in Moudestad [Mutterstadt, 6 miles southwest of Mannheim], in the "Paltz in Duytslants" [German Palatinate], and resid. "as above." Banns published, but dates not given. [6]
Children
The baptisms of three children of Isaac and Marie were recorded in the parish register at New Paltz:
[7]

Benjamin Duboy, bapt. 16 April 1687; godparents: Abraham Duboy and Anne Doyo.

He was 30 years old.
Burial
A gravestone in the Huguenot Cemetery (also known as the Walloon Cemetery) in New Paltz reads: "Patentee, Isaac Du Bois 1659-1690, Maria Hasbrouck 1664-1719." The gravestone appears to be relatively recent, and is probably not original.

DuBois-1228 and DuBois-170 appear to represent the same person because: birth years don't match, but death info & parents do. These appear to be duplicate profiles for Isaac, son of Louis Du_Bois-14.
