He married Marie Jeanne Josephe Clermont, born 1723 in Issodun in Berry, parish of St. Cyr, archbishopric of Bourges, France, and died 1810 in Natchitoches, Natchitoches Parish, LA. on June 07, 1751 in Natchitoches Parish, LA
