Biography

Sir Thomas Duckett of Grayrigg (d. 26 Jul 1469), was a Lancastrian during the Wars of the Roses. He died at the Battle of Edgecote during the reign of Henry VI, which took place six miles north of Banbury, Oxfordshire.[1]

Marriage

He married Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas Middelton, esq. of Middleton Hall and Isabel Musgrave. They are the parents of:[3]

  • Richard Duckett, esq.[Sir Thomas Duckett of Grayrigg (d. Hen VI, Battle of Edgecoat as a Lancastrian).[4]
m. Eleanor, dau. of William Harrington.[2]
