He is with his parents in Hamilton Co., Illinois for the 1850 census.

He serves in the Illinois Cavalry, Regiment E / Company 7, as a Bugler during the Civil War. (Which may explain the 1868/9 marriage.) [5]
He and Sarah have their own family in Mill Shoals Twnsp, White, Illinois, in 1880. [6]
And he is found in White County, IL in following census records.
Death
He passed away on 05APR1925 and is buried in Springerton Cemetery in White County, Illinois. [7]
