Melburn Lavon Duckworth was born on 2 December 1925 in Olive Hill, Hardin, Tennessee, United States to Ernest Udolpha Duckworth (1898-1968) and Leonidas Helton (1907-1975).

Death and Burial

Melburn died on 6 September 2007 in Ruskin, Hillsborough, Florida, United States at the age of 81. There is no evidence found that he was ever married. He was buried in the Wayne County Memory Gardens, Waynesboro, Wayne, Tennessee. Find A Grave: Memorial #65814327
