Cecile Dumas was born on 17 Apr 1818 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Quebec, Canada, daughter of Jean Baptiste Dumas (1789 - ) and Osithe (Choret) Dumas (1793 - 1859). [1]
Cecile married Olivier LeBlanc (1816 - 1888) on 11 Feb 1839 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Quebec, Canada. [2] Their children were:
