Several name variations -- Johne (Duncane, Duncanne, Dunkin); Janet, Jonet, Jonat (Marie) Andro, Andre
John Duncan b. 4 May 1600 Scotland m. 1631 Magdalen Ferguson- -- Presumed son of William and Katherine Wedderbrun -- not John/Jonet Andro) (No proven connections to Virginia or South Carolina Duncan's)
This presumption would have John Duncan marrying his half-sister Magdalen Ferguson they both having the same mother viz. Katherine Wedderburn.
William Duncan 1601 Scotland (Presumed son of William and Katherine Wedderbrun -- not John/Jonet Andro) (No proven connections to Virginia or South Carolina Duncan's)
This cannot be William Duncan the son of William Duncan and Katherine Wedderburn, as that William had a son born 1613.
Thorough Research Required -- Names may be real -- Accounts appear to be fictionalized insofar as "Duncan Line" . This genealogy seems to be inaccurate and appears to have originated with a series of books written by Don Greene and Noel Schutz called "Shawnee Heritage". The Duncan line captured appears to be "Unsourced And Undocumented and generally conflicts with record proof.
