Biography

Frances Kirk, daughter of Thomas Kirk and Margot Duncan, was named in Father's will of 1801[1]

Estimated Birth Botetourt Co. VA (vs. Augusta Co, VA, ) 1740-1766; (1755 vs 1766)

Frances married Ferdinand Harless about 1770-1775

Estimated Death Giles Co. VA; 1781 - before 1850

The records of two Kirk families can be found in Montgomery Co. VA. This family resided in an area of Botetourt Co. VA that became Montgomery Co. VA in 1788. (Montgomery Co. VA Formed 1776-7 from Fincastle, Botetourt, Pulaski)
