On the cross bill the court decreed the land to be divided amongst the heirs subject to the widow's dower, and directed the complainants to convey agreeably to the contract with Isaac Duncan, jun.] (The land was conveyed jointly to the husbands of the females and the other children of the testator. In the year 1817, after the death of James Duncan and William Ireland Duncan, two of the testator's children who died without issue)
