- Speculation: Henry was older Brother or possibly Father of John. Heirs were children of John or siblings of John or a combination.
- Histories list John and Henry as early settlers arriving in Elbert Co about 1799. Earlier tax lists show arrival before 1787. (No mention of a Pearson in History, but does appear on Tax list.
- 1787 Wilkes Co. GA Tax Lists (FHL negative film 159,194); Pearson, John, Henry (and "Martin Deadwyler" [son married Alis (dau of John])
The early land transactions for Beaverdam Creek also infers children (or possibly brothers) of John, who appear to have been Administrators for other Probate Records. But, given the land transactions in the late 1700s-1800s and lack of records of marriages; , Speculation is that Moses, Henry, John, William and Pearson were more than likely brothers; and apparently all of them named their children with the same names; no identifying wills to confirm (intestate).
