Biography

James Francis was born in 1896 to Alice and Arthur Duncan. Following his birth, his father Arthur died while visiting James grandfather at Botany in 1897. His mother later remarried to William Hoffman in 1906 Bowraville. James Francis Duncan was the half brother to Winnifred and William Athol Hoffman. ^[1]
