Mann and Mary his wife, Joseph Mann and Susan his wife, John, Jacob, Catharine, Hannah, Minerva and Samuel Jackson Duncan, the last named 5 as infant heirs of Joseph Duncan decd, and Elizabeth Duncan widow of Joseph Duncan decd of county and state afsd, that Jacob Peters and Catharine his wife for $126.66-2/3 money of VA paid them by Joseph Duncan decd. during his lifetime and for the further consideration of $13.67 cash paid by John A. Mann, sell to the said Jesse Greer and Mahala his wife, John A.
