Mann and Mary his wife, Joseph Mann and Susan his wife, John, Jacob, Catharine, Hannah, Minerva and Samuel Jackson Duncan, the last named 5 as infant heirs of Joseph Duncan decd, and Elizabeth Duncan widow of Joseph Duncan decd of county and state afsd, that Jacob Peters and Catharine his wife for $126.66-2/3 money of VA paid them by Joseph Duncan decd. during his lifetime and for the further consideration of $13.67 cash paid by John A. Mann, sell to the said Jesse Greer and Mahala his wife, John A. Mann and Mary his wife, Joseph Mann and Susan his wife, John, Jacob, Catharine, Hannah, Minerva and Samuel Jackson Duncan, the last named 5 as infant heirs of Joseph Duncan decd, and to the widow Elizabeth Duncan who under this deed is to take only a dower interest in said land, a parcel of land in Scott Co.
