Biography

David Duncan was the son of David Bright Duncan and Mary Elizabeth Williamson. At the time of his death, he was likely living at Woodbury, Long Island, according to the residence of his children in 1936 as noted on the Probate records of David Bright Duncan, Surrogate's Court, Brooklyn. The burial transcript says that he died at 459 Classon Avenue, Brooklyn which was his father's house.

Elizabeth Oeland Duncan and David Oeland Duncan are listed as the children of David Duncan in the probate records of David Bright Duncan, Surrogate's Court, Brooklyn. These children are also listed as the issue of David Duncan on the ownership records of Lot 24406, Section 155 at Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn.
