Biography

William was born in 1867. William Duncan ... He passed away on April 28, 1944 in Seminole, Oklahoma buried at Vamoosa Cemetery in Konawa, Oklahoma. [1]

In 1870, Williams family resided in Boone Township, Columbia County, Arkansas, mail delivered by the Calhoun, Arkansas Post Office. He was 2 years old and was the only son at the time of Jarvis and Susan A Duncan. This census shows his father was born in Tennessee and his mother was born in Georgia. His father was a farmer by trade.[2]

William married Amanda Lemons on Oct 20, 1889 in Fannin, Texas. [3]

William married Medora Pressley in 1893 in Oklahoma. This is undocumented. They had ... children:

in 1940, William and Medora resided in Wolf Township, Seminole, Oklahoma with 2 sons, along with their daughter-in-law and grandaughter Lois and Ellen Gene.[7]
