    1-359:  Will of Elijah Duncan, 23 Sept. 1869, proved 14 Dec. 1869; after debts paid, remainder of property be distributed equally amongst my heirs as directed by law.  The shares going to my two daughters, Martha Keller wife of Levi Keller, and Franka Rames wife of Joseph Rames be paid to my two sons Wm. Duncan, Absalom Duncan who are hereby appointed trustees to hold the property for the benefit of my two daughters aforesaid, and they are further requested to pay it over to them as it may in their opinion be best; said property is to be free from the control of the aforesaid husbands, Louis Keller and Joseph Rames.  Appoint my sons Wm. & Absalom Duncan my sole execs.  /s/ Elija (X) Duncan; wit.
