Biography

James was born in 1882. He was the son of Washington Albertie Duncan and Martha Elizabeth (Pendley) Duncan. He passed away in 1965. He was buried in the Pendley Cememtery, Spruce Pine, Mitchell, County, North Carolina.^[1]
