Biography
Elias Dungam. 34, son of Clement and Eleanor (Craven) Dungan, b. circa 1742, d. 1804, m. circa 1767, Diana Carrell, b. May 9, 1744, daughter of James, Jr. and Diana (Van Kirk) Carrell. [1]
Elias Dungan served in the Revolutionary War, as a private in Captain Henry Scott's 4th Company of Bucks County Associators of Northampton Township August 18, 1775. [2]
The will of Elias Dungan, of Northampton, Bucks County, Pa., dated Nov 23, 1802, probated Feb 27, 1804, provides for wife (not named), mentions daughters: Ellen Lefferts, Ann Wilkinson, Rachel Dungan and Rebecca Shelmire. [3]
