Joseph Duncan was born on March 7, 1783, [1] in Pennsylvania. He was the son of John Dunkin and Elizabeth Sunderland. (Name not in Family Bible list of children)
He died July 16, 1835, at the age of 52, in Indiana, and was buried in the Mount Tabor Cemetery, Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana.[1]

His name is not on the list of children from Family Bible. His find a grave site is based on a genealogist data, not a head stone.
