Biography

Eddie was born in 1893 in Tallahatchie County, MS to parents Isaac Pleasant Dunn and Annie Bennett Dunn. In the 1910 Census he and his siblings are found living in the household of William M. Melton, which is the father of Annie Pearl Melton. Ples's parent had died prior to this time and he and his siblings could be found living with other families during that time. ^[1] Eddie Lee Isaac "Plez" Dunn met and married Annie Pearl Dunn in Yalobusha County, MS. To this union were born 4 children, Ruby, Norman, Morris and Huel Dunn. ^[2]He passed away in 1940 in Calhoun County, MS and is buried in Union Hill Cemetery located in Yalobusha County, MS. ^[3]
