Biography

Cora Estella Dunning was the middle of three children born to Ansell and Vienna (Bridgham) Dunning. Cora was born about May 1860 in Maine, probably Charleston.

Except for a brief stay in Bangor around 1914, she lived most of her life in Charleston.

She married Charles Henry Scribner on April 7, 1878 in Penobscot Co., Maine.

Cora died on November 21, 1927 in Charleston. She is buried at the Charleston Village Cemetery.
