Justinien Dupuy was born 24 March 1725. He was the son of Pierre Dupuy and Jeanne Richard. He was baptized at birth by Jean Duhon dit Lyonnais and ceremonies took place 20 May 1725 at St Jean Baptiste parish, Port Royal. His godparents were Germain Richard, son of Alexandre Richard and Angelique Richard, daughter of Alexandre Richard.[1][2]
Justinien Dupuis married Anne Giroir, daughter of Guillaume Giroir and Marie Bernard 3 February 1751 at St Jean Baptiste parish, Port Royal. Witnesses were Pierre Dupuis, Charles Dupuis, Guillaume Giroir and Basile Giroir.[3]
