- In the book, "Memoirs of the Lower Ohio Valley, " Susan is referred to as "Susan Durban "whose father owned the ground upon which the city of Baltimore now stands, and who leased it for a period of ninety-nine years." [1]

Durbin-1391 and Durbin-74 appear to represent the same person because: Apparently duplicate profiles. I believe that the birth dates in both profiles are very rough estimates, which are in need of more research and sources.
