March 21, 1798. April 4, 1798. Real estate in Middletown and Chester to be sold and money divided between my 4 daughters, Mary Yearsley, Sarath Booth, Elizabeth McClellan and Lydia Mancel. Daughter Lydia to have £60 less than the others. All remainder to 4 daughters, share and share alike. Executors: Son-in-law Jacob Yearsley, Richard and Thomas Dutton of Aston”. [1]
