Biography

Benjamin Dutton, the son of Benjamin Dutton and Mary Cone, was born 16 March 1723, baptized in September 1725, and died 20 March 1801 at the age of 78. He married twice (1) 16 March 1747/8 Abigail Jones, the daughter of Theophilus Jones and Hannah Mix, (2) Rebecca Woodruff. With Abigail he had 4 children: Eunice, Abigail, Benjamin, and Amos. With Rebecca he had 4 more children: Timothy, Lucy, Silence, and Martha.[1]
