To sons John, Kinsman, Jacob, Joseph, Robert and to my 2 daughters Hannah wife of Nathaniel Scarlet and Mary wife of Joseph Coeburn 2 shillings each, when of age.
Directs conveyance to be made of 130 acres of land in Aston to John Williams and 80 acres in Aston to John Beard.
Remainder of estate to wife Elizabeth.
Executors: wife and son John.
Letters to the widow, son refusing.

John Dutton married Elizabeth Kingsman in 1704. John was a yeoman. Elizabeth was the only daughter of John and Hannah (Simcock) Kingsman. On January 16, 1705, John Dutton bought 170 acres of land (located in Aston Township, in Chester County) from Thomas Cartwright. On January 17, 1708, John sold (for 94 pounds) this 170 acres of land to William Rattew. On March 15, 1708, John bought (for 90 pounds) 200 acres of land from his mother, Mary, and step-father , John Neeld. This land was part of 500 acres formerly owned by John Dutton’s father, John Dutton. On September 29, 1712, John Dutton bought (for 30 pounds) 55 acres of land from Robert Dutton, his brother. This 55 acres of land was part of the 100 acres of land purchased by Robert Dutton from his mother, Mary, and step-father, John Neeld. Elizabeth (Kingsman) Dutton’s father, John Kingsman, died in 1720 or early 1721. John Kingsman willed that his 200-acre plantation, located in Chichester Township, in Chester County, be given to his grandson, Kingsman Dutton (son of John and Elizabeth (Kingsman) Dutton). Elizabeth was given the plantation during her lifetime, and then to her son, Kingsman Dutton. On October 4, 1735, John and Elizabeth sold (for 20 pounds) their claim in 3 pieces of land in Marlborough, in Chester County, to Joseph Parker. John and Elizabeth lived in Chichester Township, in Chester County (became part of Delaware County in 1789), Pennsylvania. John Dutton died in 1735 or early 1736. His will was written on March 21, 1735 and administered on April 20, 1736.
