My grandmother was Lanita Dye, her dad was Martin Dye, his dad (if I’m correct) was Robert Dye, and his dad was Lilburn!

Dye-1443 and Dye-1177 appear to represent the same person because: Seems to be same person. Same name, wife, son, death year and place, birth year

Lilburn Dye was not the son of Larkin Jesse Howell. Eufrasia McFarland already had two children from a previous husband by the surname of Dye. They appear on some census records as Howell, but later under their real name Dye. Larkin's son Jesse had a son named Lilburn Howell, not to be confused with Lilburn Dye.
