Biography
Polly (Dye) Phelps was part of a Southern Pioneer Family.
Anna was born about 1776. She is the daughter of William Dye and Catherine Randolph. [1]
She married Larkin Phelps on August 19, 1796 in Caswell, North Carolina.[2] There children are:
