In the 1910 census Francis (age 7) was the daughter of Frank E Dyer in Lincoln, Penobscot, Maine, United States.^[2]

Frances married Edmond Perrow on 21 January 1923 in Maine, United States.^[3]

Frances died in February 1993 and was buried in Millinocket Cemetery, Millinocket, Penobscot County, Maine, United States.^[4][5]
