In 1880, Jacob (age 52) and Elvira (age 35) lived in Lisbon, Androscoggin, Maine, where he worked as a Laborer, and Elvira was taking care of the home and family, which included sons, Edwin E W -13, and Rosco W-11.[6]
He married Emma A Wilson on July 8, 1884 in Lisbon Falls, Androscoggin, Maine. They had at least one child.
Gertrude Lena Dyer (1885-)
Widowed and age 76, He was a Boarder in the home of Jeremiah Estes, in Durham, Androscoggin, Maine in 1900.[9]
He died at the age of 83, on March 5, 1908 in Durham, Androscoggin, Maine[10] and was buired in the Vining Cemetery.[1]
