Note: A reprint in the "Courier Gazette" Rockland ME (ca 1984) says --Charles George Dyer Jr. d at Sea off Provincetown MA, his mother was listed as Hannah Post. (on file is a marriage of Mrs. Hannah Dyer to Stephen POST as his 3rd wife, 28 Jun 1795, this is NOT this Hannah as she is listed as Hannah DYER 1850 & 1860 census and died 1864 So Thomaston ME
