James Eager was born March 16, 1720, the son of James Eager and Tabitha Howe of Marlborough, Massachusetts[1]. The family moved to Westborough before 1723, when his younger sister Lidia was born[2], his father died there[3], and James is referred to as James Jr in the birth records for his children. On March 13, 1745, James married Miriam Wheeler in Westborough, MA[5] , and their children were born in WEstincluded[6][7][3] :
The family is also recorded in Northborough, where James died
March 3, 1761, at age 40[8]. His probate file was administered in Westborough[10]
