Biography
Marion was born 1846 in "Paradise" near Bunbury, Western Australia. She was the daughter of David Fothergill Earnshaw and Mary Pomeroy.
She lived near Newcastle (Toodyay) in 1869 and then moved to Fremantle to conduct a school.
Marion married George Uglow of Albany on April 30, 1887 at St John’s Church, Albany by Rev. Wardell Johnson.[1]
She died October 8, 1926 at Albany, Western Australia and was buried there in Memorial Park Cemetery.[2]
Obituary
"UGLOW.-On October 8, at her late residence, Middleton-road, Albany, Marion Ellen, beloved wife of George Uglow, and mother of Muriel, aged 80 years."[3]
