James and Catherine Eaton of Moneywilken (Monawilkin)

James was born about 1780.

They were listed as living in Monawilkin which isn't too far from Killesher?

I visited Fermanagh, NI a couple of years ago and was told that Monawilkin was mainly uninhabitable.

I was introduced to a local gentlemen with last name Eaton. We had a very nice visit and I discovered that they have the given name of WILLIS passed down through their family. This has to be more than a coincidence. He showed me the old EATON stone house (just a corner standing now). This was in BOHO, which is even closer to Killesher?

Richard also writes in Fermanagh Gold : Members' Interests "I am interested in EATON family of County Fermanagh. James Eaton was born to James Eaton and Catherine Willis in 1800 in Churchill. He is said to have left in 1824 for Canada and settled in Ontario just south of Rideau Lake."
