Lydia was born in 1836 to Levi Eaton and Sarah Bigelow. She married Captain John James in 1856 at Pugwash, Cumberland Co., Nova Scotia They left Nova Scotia immediately for Liverpool, Great Briatin in the bark "Palmatta", but and owned by the bride's father, Levi Eaton. From there they removed to New Zealand. They had 6 children (see below).

Levi and Sarah had four children together, were both the parents of them. There are two profiles for Lydia Anna Eaton James. Needs to be cleared up and it has half by written their names. I think theres a mistake made here.
